We’ve been talking for some time to the brilliant Milieu (Michael Sanders - Masterchef semi-finalist & Naomi White), so we are all super excited that we have finally got a date pinned down and can now tell you all about it.
It’s simple, Milieu provide the food, we provide and talk about the wine pairings and All You Read is Love supply their lovely venue, the soundtrack and hospitality for an evening of, surprisingly enough, food, wine and great music.
The evening will kick off with a welcome drink and canapés which will be followed by four courses of food, each partnered with a different wine pairing carefully selected by us. Food-wise, expect inventive cooking, incorporating a wide variety of food preparation techniques including pickling, fermenting, smoking, blow-torching and they may even use some pots and pans too. Wine-wise, as ever, it will be from our favourite small, independent producers who are creating the most exciting wines available in the UK.
The evening gets underway from 19:30 and the food will finish being served around 21:30’ish. But don’t worry, we won’t be kicking you out then. The bar will remain open and features wines selected by us, Burgess & Hall as well as Karen’s sublime cocktails and some outstanding beers.
